ORDER This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.530 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent dated 23.04.2021 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC.

¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that now the petitioner/accused is no more.

¶3In view of the above said submission, further adjudication is not necessary in this case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
