O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information report in Crime No. 44 of 2022 on the file of the First respondent police so far as this petitioner concern.

2.Today there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur on 04.04.2023.

4.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur, to process the above said final report within the time stipulated by the Rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
