3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police CRLeMP(MD)eNo.5582eofe2023 weekly twice i.e., on Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
