ORDER This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order dated 30.05.2019 passed in Cr.M.P.No.3528 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, Tirunelveli District.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has represented that the petitioner died on 02.02.2022. He also produced the copy of the death certificate.

3.In view of the above submission, this criminal revision case is dismissed as abated.
