2.I consciously refrain from going into the merits of the matter. The petitioner as a Vice Chairman has levelled some allegations against the respondents 3 and 4. It is for the second respondent to conduct enquiry and pass final order on merits in accordance with law.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
