ORDER This Court has verified the status of the H.M.O.P., in which civil revision petition has arisen, and when this Court downloaded the judgment of H.M.O.P.No.196 of 2018, it appears that the H.M.O.P. was transferred to Additional Sub Court, Tirunelveli and renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.2 of 2020. The same was dismissed as not pressed as early as on 05.03.2021. The learned counsel for the petitioner also fairly concedes the factum of not pressing. Therefore, nothing survives in the civil revision petition.

¶2In the result, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
