Judgment

ORDER This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in Muu. Mu. Enn. 445/2020/C, dated

25.06.2020.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the impugned order has been passed by the first respondent without following the provision of Section 145 Cr.P.C.

3.The learned counsels appearing for the respondents represented that already the civil Court has ceased the matter and granted status-quo. Since the matter is pending before the competent civil Court and status-quo was also ordered, the order passed by the first respondent lose its validity. At this juncture both side counsels agreed to approach the Civil Court for appropriate remedy and thereby in this petition, no further orders required to be passed by this Court.

4.With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
