O R D E R When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Contemnors submitted that the order is complied with.

¶2In view of the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is entitled to calculate 50% of the past service. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation to the appropriate authority to agitate the same.
