Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PON KARTHIKEYAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1030 of 2023 dated 19.01.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the CRL MP(MD) No.5614 of 2023 concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
