In both petitions: For Petitioners : Mr. G.Prabhu Rajadurai For Respondents : Mr.S.Sivathilakar (R1 to R3) COMMON ORDER When the matter was taken up for hearing today, both the learned counsels for the petitioner and the respondents 1 to 3 appeared before this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S.No.46 of 2017 has already been disposed and nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for further adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
