O R D E R The instant Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the order dated 20.11.2018 made in I.A.No.369 of 2018 in O.S.No.81 of 2014 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to verify the stage of the suit.

¶3When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that now, the suit is posted for judgment on 10.10.2023, and he has also filed the print out of the e-Court website as evidence to that effect. In view of the advanced stage of the suit, the learned counsel prayed to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition without going into the merits of the matter.

¶4Recording the stage of the suit, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. However disposal of the Civil Revision Petition, will in no way affect the rights of both parties to proceed according to law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
