Judgment
JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This Writ Appeal has been instituted against the order dated 18.03.2021 passed in W.P.(MD)No.8607 of 2017.
2.The learned Single Judge considered the issues and held that the claim of the writ petitioner for revaluation cannot be considered, since the answer key was prepared by the Committee of Experts, which cannot be gone into by the High Court.
3.Experts' opinion in academic matters become final unless the Court prima facie finds that there is an error. In the present case, the appellant has not established any such prima facie error or otherwise and thus, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
4.Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. (S.M.S., J.) & (V.L.N., J.)
