Judgment
ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The entire case of the petitioner is anchored on the premise that he joined in Group – II post whereas the private respondent herein joined later in point of time in Group – IV post and that he had stolen a march over him.
3.Today ie., 06.06.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was clarified that the third respondent joined as Assistant Section Officer in Secretariat which is also a Group – II post. The factual premise on which the case was built by the petitioner stands undermined. The petitioner has no locus standi to question the impugned order passed in favour of the third respondent. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
