O R D E R This writ petition was filed for a direction to the first and second respondents to take action on the complaint made by the petitioner.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of the proceedings of the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Madurai, dated 18.02.2021. It is seen that the complaint/representation made by the petitioner has been considered and orders have been passed. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the 8th respondent has challenged the above proceedings before this Court and the same is pending in W.P.(MD) No. 14253/2021. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
