ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side.

¶2The grievance of the petitioner is that in the petition mentioned water body a ration shop is being put up.

¶3When the matter was taken up for final hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the local body clarified that decision has been taken not to put up any construction in the petition mentioned water body and that ration shop will be put up only in some other site. It has been further undertaken that the water body will be restored to the original condition.

¶4Recording the said undertaking, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
