ORDER The learned I Additional District Munsif, Madurai, has sent a letter requesting an extension of further time to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.217 of 2019, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 13.04.2023. CRP(MD) NO. 1003 of 2023

¶3The reason stated in the letter dated 31.10.2025 is accepted, and a further period of six months is granted to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶4No further extension will be granted.
