ORDER This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1065 of 2020 on the Crl.O.P(MD).No.8558 of 2020 R. THARANI,J. Mrn file of 1st respondent police.

2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that investigation was over and a chargesheet was filed and the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.2776 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy.

3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and since chargesheet was already filed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
