ORDER The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 23.11.2022 made in W.P(MD) No.1283 of 2016. As per the said order, the second respondent, viz., the District Educational Officer, Sivagangai District was directed to pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

¶2The learned Government Advocate appearing for the Contemnors/ respondents has produced the copy of the order passed by the 2nd contemnor/2nd respondent on 02.06.2023.

¶3Since the order has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed.
