ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.5271 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aranthangi, dated 06.09.2022 with regard to the appearance of the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aranthangi at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aranthangi in Cr.M.P.No.5271 of 2022, dated 06.09.2022 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagapattinam daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30p.m., until further orders.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
