JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was delivered by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) We reiterate the direction in order dated 20.08.2018 to the official respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation filed by the Writ Petitioner on 19.02.2018 towards grant of monetary benefits admissible to her demised husband, Late.R.Saravanankumar, who was an employee with the State Educational Service.

2.The Writ Appeal has been filed by the mother of the demised employee. To be noted that the mother of the demised Late R.Saravanakumar, was not a party in the Writ Petition. We thus add that while disposing the representation, both the Writ Petitioner as well as the appellant, being the wife and mother, respectively, will be heard.

3.For the aforesaid, the Writ Petitioner and the appellant will be present before the District Educational Officer, Ramanathapuram, on

09.10.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and the parties are also permitted to carry with their necessary particulars in support of their claims. Orders shall be passed within a period of four weeks from 09.10.2023 on merits and in accordance with law.
