ORDER Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.22229 of 2022 dated 21.09.2022, the Contempt Petition has been filed.

¶2This Court has passed an order dated 21.09.2022 in W.P.(MD).No.22229 of 2022, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2022.

¶3When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent submitted that the respondents have passed an order and obeyed the order of this Court. Aggrieved over the said order, the petitioner has preferred Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.(MD).No.1560 of 2023. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

¶4Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
