Judgment
O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.
¶2It is the claim of the petitioner that the respondents 4 & 5 are renovating Masathu Ayyanar Temple, without getting permission from the authorities concerned.
¶3It is for the authorities concerned to look into the grievance of the petitioner. We do not think that this Court sitting under Article 226 of the Constitution of India can entertain such a writ petition, which stems out of purely personal animosity and ego. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
