ORDER The above writ petition is filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to provide correct information under RTI Act which is relating to the land in Survey No.64/1B1A to an extent of 11 acre 40 cents out of 23 acre 80 cents situated at Melappalayam Village, Tirunelveli District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2020.

¶3To this, reply was made by the first respondent stating that as regards the first query, no documents were available. As regards the second query, the same was responded as follows:-

¶4After receiving the said response, yet another representation containing the very same questions have been made by the petitioner. Therefore, I see no merit in the writ petition and the same is dismissed. No costs.
