¶2Heard Mr.K.Pandia Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Sivasubramanian, learned counsel who takes notice for R1.
¶3Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and upon perusing the material records of the case, that the grievance of the petitioner is that he was an employee of the 3rd respondent company and upon his superannuation from service, the EPF pension has not been paid to him. Therefore, he sent a representation to the 1st respondent on

The petitioner's amount has been wrongly allocated to a third party, namely Sunil Kumar, who has been granted pension. Therefore, according to the petitioner, under Section 7A of the Act, the 1st respondent is empowered to conduct an enquiry and rectify the said mistake.
¶5Considering the limited relief sought for, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner.
¶6In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- i. The 1st respondent is directed to take up the representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2025 for enquiry and thereafter, pass final orders in accordance with law, after due notice to the petitioner, 3rd respondent and the other employee namely D.Sunil Kumar. ii.
