O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the Respondents to rectify the error crept in the SLR in respect of T.S.No. 15, Ward-AF, Block No. 14, Kottapattu Village, Trichy East Taluk, Trichy District, and change the classification from ''Sarkar Porampoke'' to 'Rayathwari' and mutate the revenue records in the name of petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2026 in the light of proceedings of 3rd Respondent dated 17.11.2022 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

¶2The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the appropriate authority is the Commissioner of Land Administration; however, the petitioner has not impleaded the Commissioner of Land Administration, Chennai.

¶3In view of the above, this Court suo motu impleads the Commissioner of Land Administration, Chennai, as the fifth respondent. The petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the fifth respondent. Upon receipt of the representation, the fifth respondent shall call for a report from the first respondent and thereafter consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶4With these directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
