ORDER This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent/complainant to file the charge sheet in Crime No.99 of 2022 on the file of the respondent/complainant within stipulated period.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation is almost over and one month time may be granted.

3.Recording the above said submission, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Cr.No.99 of 2022 and file final report within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.In the result, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
