Piruthivi Rajan v. The Superintendent of Police

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry and for other reliefs, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2023.

¶2Pending the above said, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, but no settlement could be arrived. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the complainant demanded money back.

¶3It is the allegation of the complainant that pending the above said mediation process, this petitioner filed a suit for injunction before the District Munsif Court, Tiruchendur, in O.S.No.135 of 2023 on 06.10.2023, after the order passed by this Court, referring the matter to the mediation centre.

¶4Let the petitioner appear before the third respondent and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

¶5With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Speaking : Yes / No
