PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 66 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the offences has been altered to sections 294(b),323,342,506(i) of IPC r/w.75 of JJ Act and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s),3(2)(Va)SC/ST(POA) Act, 2015.

¶2Therefore this petition is not maintainable since there are specific allegations as against the petitioners to attract the provisions of SC/ST Act.
