Jirajutheen v. The Inspector of Police

ORDER This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari to early disposal of C.C.No.167 of 2019 within a time frame.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that out of 12 witnesses, 8 witness were examined.

3.Considering the above submission and also considering the fact that the case of the year 2019, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari to complete the trial process in C.C.No.167 of 2019, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
