Vigneshwari v. The Inspector of Police

This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.22 of 2022.

¶2On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that already 164 statement was recorded by the Judicial Magistrate and almost investigation was over and prayed a direction for the police to file a final report within a time limit.

¶3On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that investigation was over and a charge sheet was ready to be filed.

¶4In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

¶5With the above direction, this Petition is allowed.
