Judgment

O R D E R Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks appointment on compassionate grounds. The petitioner's father was working as Conductor in the respondent corporation. But the fact remains his parents died in an unfortunate fire accident that took place way back in March 1991. At the time of his father's death, the petitioner was four year old.

3.The case of the petitioner will not fall within the norms governing compassionate appointment. I do not any ground to grant relief to the writ petitioner. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
