O RDER
This petition is filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.
¶2On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the petitioner already applied the anticipatory order from this Court, even then without registering an F.I.R, the police are issuing for enquiry under Section 160 Cr.P.C., which is illegal and prayed a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.
¶3On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that only for enquiry a summon was issued to the petitioner and there is no intention of any harassment.
¶4It is seen that the respondent has issued a summon under Section 160 of Cr.P.C, but, sofar no F.I.R was registered against the petitioner. The petitioner has already obtained anticipatory bail order. In the above circumstances, there is no scope for harassment by the police, even then an order not to physically harass the petitioner is granted. But, the petitioners are hereby directed to co-operate for the enquiry as and when required by the police.
¶5With the above direction, this Petition is disposed of.
