ORDER There is no merit in the present Civil Revision Petition as the petitioner is the defendant in O.S.No.544 of 2022. The petitioner is yet to file a written statement. If the trial has to be expedited, the petitioner will have to be set ex-parte. The petitioner appears to have filed an application under Order 7 Rule 11 of C.P.C., to reject the plaint. The petitioner can press for disposal of an application under Order 7 Rule 11 of C.P.C., to reject the plaint.

¶2Considering the above, I direct the petitioner to file a written statement and also liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate application for direction to the Court to dispose of the petitioner's application under Order 7 Rule 11 of C.P.C.

¶3The present Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed with the above observations. No costs.
