O R D E R The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order of suspension of a salesman in TASMAC Shop.

¶2According to the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, the enquiry has been proceeded with and the period of suspension has been treated as punishment and the order of suspension has been revoked on 02.11.2023.

¶3In view of the above said facts, no further orders are called for. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
