O R D E R When the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been represented by Mr.Sabari Bala Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent that the Transfer Certificate has been issued to the petitioners herein and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

¶2This Court places its appreciation to the learned counsel for the third respondent for ensuring issuance of Transfer Certificate as sought for by the petitioner.
