3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a week ie., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
