Judgment
ORDER This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to enter into the civil dispute as per the complaint given on 12.05.2022.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of complaint made by the third respondent enquiry was undertaken. During the enquiry, both sides appeared and gave an undertaking that they will settle their issues by measuring the property. Based on the undertaking given by both the parties, the said complaint was closed.
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has received a notice from the Tahsildar stating that one Vellaiyammal, w/o.Raman has filed a petition to demarcate the property in S.No.161/2B. The above said Vellaiyammal is no more. By way of impersonation, a false complaint was given by the third respondent in the name of petitioner's wife.
4.Whatever it may be, in view of the above said development made before the second respondent, the matter has become infructuous. If the petitioner is having any grievance against the petition filed by the third respondent in the name of petitioner's wife, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint before the second respondent.
5.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
