ORDER (Order of the Court was made by N. ANAND VENKATESH,J.) Pursuant to the earlier order passed on 06.04.2026, the detenue was produced before this Court.

¶2The detenue stated that her date of birth is 18.04.2009 and she had discontinued her 11th standard. She further stated that she developed a relationship with a boy, named, Sriram.

¶3On carefullly appreciating the demeanor of the victim girl, we find that the victim girl has been put to threat by the said Sriram by showing certain photographs. ¶4The parents of the detenue were present before this Court. They stated that they will take care of the girl. They requested this Court for a direction to the Police to ensure that the said Sriram does not cause any threat to their daughter.

¶5The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions given by the Investigation Officer submitted that the whereabouts of the boy is now being ascertained and that effective steps will be taken to secure the boy. It is further submitted that within a week, the medical examination of the victim girl and recording of her statement under Section 183 of BNSS will be completed.
