Mani v. Thahsildar Officer

O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioners on 12.06.2021, wherein, the petitioners have requested the first respondent not to lay any pipeline in their private property without following due process of law.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the third respondent. 3.It is clear from the above that there is no proposal to lay any pipeline as apprehended by the petitioners and no further steps are being taken in this regard.
