This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for their life and limb based on his complaint dated

29.09.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation has been made by the petitioner to the second respondent herein to grant police protection for constructing the temple by the petitioner.

3.Let the above said representation be disposed of by the second respondent police on its own merits and in accordance with law by summoning the petitioner as well as all the parties, immediately.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
