This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to instruct the 2nd respondent not to interfere into the personal life and liberty of the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, finding that it is a money transaction issue between the petitioner and the third respondent herein, it was closed. The prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
