O R D E R When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made the following endorsement : "This Writ Petition is withdrawn with liberty to file a separate Writ Petition in the individual capacity by the different petitioners under the single Court fee."

¶2In view of the above submission and endorsement made, granting that particular liberty, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
