¶2The case of the prosecution is that on 18.03.2026, due to temple festival, some wordy quarrel arose between both the parties, in which, the petitioner along with other accused persons made assault upon the defacto complainant. Hence, the case.

¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he was falsely implicated in this case and he is no way connected in the above said incident. He has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Due to previous enmity, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case in counter case registered against the defacto complainant. Hence, he prays to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner.

¶4The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) fairly submits that the offences are grave in nature. There is a dispute regarding temple festival. In which both parties attacked each other. Hence, there is counter case registered. Investigation is still pending. He vehemently opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner. The injured in this case has been discharged from the hospital.
