2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have committed theft of two wheeler bearing Reg. No. TN 55 BV 4275 which was parked in front of Dhanalakshmi Maligai shop. Hence, the complaint.

¶3Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that two similar previous cases are pending against the petitioner. CRL OP(MD). No.7461 of 2023

¶4Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having two similar previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
