ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 25.04.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli in D.No.858/2023 dated 16.11.2023 seeking further extension of a further time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.348 of 2020, this Court made the following order: "Today, this case is listed under the caption "Extension of Time for Lower Court".
