O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] Arumai, daughter of Sangan, has filed this writ petition, challenging the notice dated 09.11.2022, issued under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 by the fourth respondent, calling upon her to remove the encroachment made in Survey No.216/1 of Mekkudi Village, Srirangam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, to an extent of Hectare 01.75.500 Ares, which is classified as "kahdk;".

¶2Since the petitioner is expected to give a detailed explanation, she cannot come to this Court to offer her explanation. Therefore, directing the petitioner to give her explanation to the impugned notice, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
