ORDER This petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the order dated 02.06.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.871 of 2017.
2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court, dated 02.06.2022 has been complied with through proceedings dated 03.08.2023 in Na.Ka.No.4616/E2-S2/2022.
3.Recording the above submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
