ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.3 of 2023, dated 03.01.2023, on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

¶2Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent police would submit that the enquiry in this Crime Number has already been conducted and the same was closed as mistake of fact.

¶3Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
