ORDER The above writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated

17.06.2020 and to direct the respondents to take appropriate action as against the President, Secretary and Executive Members of the Adanjur Farmers Interest Group I to V and to dissolve the above groups and to recover the swindled public fund from them.

¶2Considering the limited prayer that is sought for in this writ petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated

17.06.2020 and pass appropriate orders after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties concerned, particularly, the Office Bearers of the Association within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
