O R D E R This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus forbearing the respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6 from constructing sewage water pumping station and sewage water treatment plant in South Car Street or any other property belonged to Arulmigu Mayuranathaswami Temple in Rajapalayam and direct respondent No.7 to take appropriate steps to remove the wrong classification of Arulmigu Mayuranathaswami Temple lands as government poramboke lands in the present revenue records within the time stipulated by this Court.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the construction of the sewage water pumping system and the sewage water treatment plant was shifted to another place in Survey No.286/5 which has been categorized as "Sarkar Poramboke" The written instructions in this regard given by the Commissioner of Rajapalayam Municipality was also placed before this Court.

¶3Recording the above, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
